Muscle Energy Technique (MET) which offers a complete approach to diagnosis and treating somatic dysfunction. It can be used whenever somatic dysfunction is present and/or whenever there is a need to normalize abnormal neuromuscular relationships; improve local circulation and respiratory function; lengthen restricted muscles and or mobilize restricted joints.

Ligamentous Articular Strain technique (LAS). LAS is a body of soft tissue techniques aiming to release tension within the tissues, allowing the ligaments to draw the articulations back into a more normal balanced relationship. It affects the connective tissues of the body, mainly ligaments, joint capsules, fascia, muscles, tendons and indirectly, lymphatic and blood flow and the autonomic nervous system
