Physiotherapy, as a healthcare discipline, specializes in diagnosing, treating, and preventing a variety of physical ailments. We use an integration between many techniques and manual therapy schools including Cyriax , Mulligan, Maitland, McKenzie, Neurodynamics , kinetic control.

Our techniques also include:
Muscle Energy Technique (MET) which offers a complete approach to diagnosis and treating somatic dysfunction. It can be used whenever somatic dysfunction is present and/or whenever there is a need to normalize abnormal neuromuscular relationships; improve local circulation and respiratory function; lengthen restricted muscles and or mobilize restricted joints.

The Ligamentous Articular Strain technique (LAS) is a specialized form of manual therapy aimed at addressing musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. This technique is grounded in the understanding that the body’s connective tissues are interlinked. By alleviating tension in specific areas, LAS can beneficially impact other parts of the body. Therapists employ a range of methods to reduce tension in these tissues, potentially enhancing pain relief, mobility, and overall functional ability.
