Chiropractic Clinic in Dubai: Expert Pain Relief & Mobility Solutions
What we treat
Most patients come to us with pain that has either persisted for weeks or returned after other treatment. The conditions we see most often are:
- Back and neck pain including posture-related strain from long desk hours
- Headaches and migraine-type tension linked to the neck and upper spine
- Disc problems and sciatica where nerve pain travels into the leg or arm
- Sports and joint injuries for both recovery and return to training
Each of these has a dedicated page explaining causes, symptoms, and treatment in more detail: low back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, disc herniation, and sports injuries.

What your first visit involves
A first appointment is a full assessment, not a quick adjustment. It follows five steps:
- Assessment. We take your history and examine how you move, where the pain is, and what makes it better or worse.
- Diagnosis. We explain what we have found in plain terms, so you understand the cause before any treatment begins.
- Hands-on treatment. Depending on the diagnosis, this may include chiropractic adjustment, soft tissue work, or physiotherapy techniques.
- Strengthening and rehabilitation. We give you specific exercises to support the treatment and hold the improvement.
- Prevention guidance. We show you how to reduce the chance of the problem returning, including practical changes for desk-based work.
If your problem falls outside chiropractic care, we will tell you and point you to the right option, including our physiotherapy team where appropriate.
Care led by an experienced team
The clinic is led by founder Dr. Madelaine Franklin, a chiropractor with over 20 years of international experience who focuses on neck pain and cervicogenic headaches. She works alongside a team covering sports chiropractic, paediatric care, disc and chronic lower back conditions, and neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy, so complex cases can be handled under one roof. You can read each practitioner’s background on our team page.
We hold DHA License No. 0002437. Every chiropractor and physiotherapist here is licensed, and treatment is evidence-based. For a fuller explanation of how chiropractic care works and when it helps, see our chiropractic service page.
Why patients choose care without medication
Chiropractic treatment relieves many types of pain without painkillers, which removes the risk of dependency and side effects. Beyond pain relief, regular care restores joint mobility, supports better posture, and helps you stay active. For desk-bound professionals in Dubai, that combination addresses the specific strain that long hours and repetitive movement place on the spine.
Results come from consistency. Keeping to your appointment plan, following the exercises you are given, and reporting any new symptoms early all make a measurable difference to how quickly and how fully you recover.
