Dr. Marius Coetzee holds a Master’s Degree in Chiropractic from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He is a member of several prestigious organizations including the Fédération Internationale de Chiropratique du Sport, Chirosport, and the Dubai Health Authority. Additionally, he has completed a Diploma in Football Medicine from the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA).
With a strong background in sports medicine, Dr. Marius served as a medical assistant to the Golden Lions Rugby Union junior teams and has worked with various sports clubs. He was honored to join the Golden Key International Honour Society, recognizing academic excellence as one of the top 15% of graduating students globally.
Dr. Marius’ passion for sports performance and injury management led him to focus his Master’s Thesis on improving athletic performance through chiropractic care, a contribution acknowledged by the professional sports community. He was later invited to join the Griquas Rugby medical team, where he also served as a medical advisor and trainer for the Griquas Cricket team. During this tenure, he earned his International Sports Accreditation (FICS).
As an on-field doctor for various sports clubs and local schools, Dr. Marius has gained extensive hands-on experience during sporting events. Since relocating to Dubai over seven years ago, he has continued to refine his treatment techniques and protocols, ensuring optimal and rapid recovery from sports-related injuries and everyday conditions.
