We were invited to address the ergonomic concerns of working at a desk and how small changes can make a massive impact on the health of your spine. Looking at everyday ailments like headaches and migraines, lower back pain and sciatica. We covered degenerative spine issues like disc herniation, commonly known as “disc bulge” in layman’s terms. It was a great event with positive outcomes that could be implemented straight away.
