All Our patients have a variety of different insurances that cover our treatments including chiropractic or physiotherapy depending on the level or tear of your insurance. Franklin Chiropractic and Physiotherapy Center have a Pay and Claim Policy. We will provide you with all the paperwork required for you to claim from your insurance provider. If you are unsure of the procedure, please bring in your insurance card and we will be happy to assist you with this.
Please call your service provider and ask the following questions:
1. Am I covered for Chiropractic Treatment?
2. Am I covered for Physiotherapy Treatment?
3. Do I need a referral letter for Physiotherapy? Does it have to come from a GP or a Specialist Doctor? (we can assist you with this)
4. Make the appointment that you require
We will download your insurance forms.
Your healthcare professional will complete them with your diagnosis and recommendations. Then you upload your forms to your personal insurance portal and complete the claim via your online app or email.
Our practice assistant is waiting to take your call to book your next chiropractic, physiotherapy, and acupuncture treatment. She will assist you with bookings, confirmations, and any other queries you may have along the way.
