Ergonomics for all, including drivers and packers.

We conducted an online seminar for our client Amazon. With the vast amount of drivers and packers, ergonomics is a great source of concern for their staff. We focused on ways to strengthen the spine, how to move and stretch as a driver, doing long days. Some tips were given for those sitting at the desk and how to implement a healthy ergonomic setup with no fancy office gimmicks.
